All TechNet Orange
subscribers are entitled to extended technical support
from our engineers and support technicians. |

including, program installation, program usage and
specific questions about your piping system model.
TechNet Orange subscribers are also entitled to free
software upgrades as they are made available. |

All registered users of Flow of
Fluids software are granted a free TechNet Orange
subscription for one year after their date of purchase. |

included with your TechNet subscription. You will be
notified of all Flow of Fluids program upgrades in the
monthly e-newsletter. You will also receive detailed
instructions to download the upgrade and update your
applicable Flow of Fluids licenses. |

Our TechNet Orange support desk is
available on Monday thru Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30
p.m. Pacific Standard Time or 10:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Eastern Standard Time. When calling for technical
support, you will speak to a support technician that can
answer your questions and resolve your problems in a
time efficient manner. |

Priority e-mail technical support |

You may also email your question, if
you prefer or if your question arises outside of normal
business hours. Go to the support section of our website
and enter your question. A support technician will
provide a priority response to your email within the
next business day. |

access to the same information used by our support

All Flow of Fluids customers with a
support subscription will receive the Molecular
Knowledge Systems fluid compilation. With your TechNet
Orange Support Subscription, you can download the new
fluid tables as they are added to the MKS fluid
compilation. |

Access to Quick Start Seminars |
|
To help with your training needs, we
have developed a series of Quick Start Web seminars
covering specific Flow of Fluids features. Web seminars
will save you time and strengthen your knowledge of Flow
of Fluids systems. Each Web seminar is approximately one
hour in length and is led by a support specialist.
Additional literature and sample systems may be
downloaded after the Web seminar, allowing you to
practice and strengthen your newly acquired Flow of
Fluids skills. |
