Both Fluids Compilation packages provide critically evaluated physical property values for hundreds of gases and liquids.

The MKS Complete Fluids Compilation is detailed physical property data for over 700 process chemicals and industrial fluids while the MKS Standard Fluids Compilation includes detailed physical property data for 250 of the most commonly used process chemicals and industrial fluids for use with the Flow of Fluids Premium program.

Each fluid file contains parameterized equations that compute values for density, viscosity, vapor pressure, and heat capacity over wide ranges of temperatures and pressures. An installation program enables you to easily install those fluids needed for your work.

The Standard Fluids Compilation ships free of charge with the Flow of Fluids program. Flow of Fluids users may upgrade to the Complete Fluids Compilation upon request.
